Boray Academy | Boray Engine Programs First Batch of Students Successfully Graduated

On February 28, 2021, the first cohort of Boonray's Engine Program (EPTC) successfully completed a four-month leadership training program. The training was led by Mavis, a partner at Hi Management and former head of Asia Pacific talent development for a Fortune 500 company. A total of eight Boonray mid- and senior-level managers participated and completed the training.

The "Bonnray Engine Program" is specifically targeted at mid- and senior-level management. It aims to empower Bonnray Technology's internal management team to enhance their management capabilities and leadership qualities, addressing the talent and management needs of the company's growing business and ensuring the healthy, stable growth and efficient work of the Bonnray team. The program's curriculum, inspired by the "Leadership: A Required Open Course for Harvard Students," provides an in-depth and accessible explanation of leadership across nine key areas: innovative thinking, scientific decision-making, strategic planning, advantageous negotiation, effective communication, team building, efficient execution, time planning, and self-cultivation.

Bonnray Technology reportedly achieved rapid business growth in 2020 through internal motivation management. In addition to its established drone inspection business, the company has developed several benchmark projects in China within its smart mining business segment, attracting widespread industry attention. The company is transitioning from a startup to a mature technology company.
