On October 25th, the 14th Mining Science and Technology Conference opened grandly in the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao! As a leading company in the field of intelligent mining, Boonray Technology made an appearance at this event and shared its application achievements in open-pit intelligent mining at the Smart Mine Information Forum, exploring the new future of mining technology with colleagues in the industry.
Co-organized by the China Metallurgical Mining Enterprises Association and Sinosteel Ma'anshan Mining Research Institute Co., Ltd., the conference garnered enthusiastic support from over 30 universities and colleges, as well as over 300 mining research and design institutes and large and medium-sized mining companies, both domestically and internationally. Themed "Empowering Science and Technology, Developing New Productivity in the Mining Industry," the conference brought together numerous experts and scholars, focusing on technological approaches and strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in non-coal and metal mines. The conference delved into the challenges and opportunities currently facing the mining industry, emphasizing the crucial role of technological innovation in improving mineral resource utilization efficiency and safeguarding national resource security. The conference aimed to promote efficient, green, and sustainable development in non-coal and metal mines.



At the conference's Smart Mining Information Forum, Boonray Technology shared its application achievements in open-pit intelligent mining, detailing how autonomous driving and artificial intelligence technologies are revolutionizing the mining industry. Leveraging a full stack of Level 4 autonomous driving technology, the company successfully built an intelligent open-pit mining operation platform encompassing an autonomous driving system, a vehicle-by-wire control system, a 5G remote control system, and a cloud-based intelligent dispatching system. Relying on technical modules such as multi-source fusion perception, fusion positioning, and 3D high-definition modeling, mining vehicles are equipped with high-precision perception, high-precision positioning, and highly reliable decision-making capabilities. Noise processing technology overcomes environmental obstacles such as dusty skies, and has achieved numerous technological breakthroughs, including single-vehicle unmanned driving, multi-vehicle collaboration, multi-machine collaboration, vehicle-road collaboration, and cloud-based intelligent dispatching, providing a complete intelligent solution for mines.

Boonray Technology's unmanned driving projects in mining areas have been widely implemented in various mining areas, including coal mines, iron mines, and non-ferrous metal mines. In metal mines, it has been successfully implemented in several large domestic mines, including Luoyang Molybdenum, Gansu Jiugang, Sichuan Pangang, State Power Investment Corporation Zhakuang, and Huaneng Huajian.
