Built in GUARDIAN "Autonomous Driving Guardian" module, responsible for network protection, program self checking OTA、Log recording and alarm reporting, etc.
Continuous algorithm tuning: supports quick manual configuration of system parameters in different environments and job
scenarios, and has built-in deep learning algorithms for self-regulation based on long-term accumulated data.
Simultaneously supporting three modes: manual driving, remote control
Intelligent driving control cabinet system
The intelligent driving control cabinet system is the "smart brain" of the unmanned mining car. By deeply integrating the independently developed VCU (vehicle controller), BCM (body control module), PDC (power drive controller), SCDF (power supply module) and other core controllers, it has built an intelligent control system covering the entire area of the mining car.

Control Logic
VCU: The central control unit of new energy vehicles, which receives input signals from the driver or PDC, coordinates the motor, battery pack, and other accessory systems to meet driving torque requirements and achieve
Functions such as fault diagnosis and handling, vehicle status monitoring, and vehicle mode conversion.
PDC∶The chassis operation command center receives and forwards control instructions from the industrial computer, completes vehicle line control (steering, braking, lifting, driving) control, fault diagnosis, sets safety policies, and ensures
functional safety.
SDCF :The vehicle power supply module reduces unnecessary cable length and complexity by making the control logic of all channels programmable, thereby lowering the overall vehicle cost.
BCM :The vehicle control unit has a 32-bit processor and efficient computing power, which can excellently receive vehicle control instructions, convert input and output analog and switch quantities, and accurately control the functions of the entire vehicle's related components.
ADAS Advanced Driver Assistance System
The system uses various sensors (millimeter wave radar, lidar, camera, angle sensor, etc.) to sense the surrounding environment at any time during the operation of the mine car, collect data, identify, detect and track static and dynamic objects, and combine map data to perform systematic calculations and analysis, thereby increasing the safety of mine car operations.
HMI100 Human Computer Interaction Terminal
The HMI1-100 is an intelligent and safe human-machine interaction system developed for open-pit mining transport vehicles. It includes a smart central control screen and an intelligent dispatching system. Equipped with the Android V7.0 operating system and integrated with 4G/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth wireless communication modules, the smart central control screen integrates functions such as audio and video playback, radio, in-vehicle navigation, Bluetooth calling, job scheduling, driving information collection, tire pressure monitoring, and 360-degree surround view. Connected to the Internet of Vehicles (IoV), it provides an intelligent dispatching system to manage vehicle operations and monitor vehicle information. It is suitable for the dispatching and monitoring needs of various wide-body mining vehicles and rigid mining trucks.

AEB Intelligent Braking System
The intelligent braking system uses cameras and millimeter-wave radar to detect and identify potential hazards ahead. If a potential collision with a vehicle or worker is detected, the vehicle will sound an alarm and display a warning message on the HMI terminal. Simultaneously, the vehicle pre-builds brake pressure. If the driver does not respond to the warning, the system automatically applies maximum braking, minimizing the risk of an accident.
-
360-degree Panoramic View System
Real-time on-board video monitoring and recording provide an effective solution for vehicle tracking and safety. Providing drivers with real-time surround view monitoring not only helps prevent traffic accidents caused by blind spots, but also improves vehicle controllability while driving.
-
DMS Anti-fatigue Driving System
The system integrates personal risk and behavior to effectively identify and warn drivers of distracted behavior, safety procedures, and driver behavior, prompting drivers to avoid risks and prevent accidents. It also securely identifies the driver's identity, protecting the vehicle and valuables inside from theft.
-
TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring
The actual instantaneous pressure inside each tire is detected in real time, and an alarm is issued in time when an abnormal situation occurs in the tire, avoiding traffic accidents caused by tire failure and ensuring driving safety.
