Boonray Technologys 6th Anniversary Team Building: Depart for AI and Live Up to Our Youth

Time flows like the gurgling of water; six years is the time it takes for a seed to grow into a sapling. Boonray Technology has spent those six years growing into a pioneer in the commercialization of autonomous driving and identifying its core application scenario: open-pit mining.

Unlike traditional AI companies, Boonray Technology has consistently focused on researching the interconnection of diverse machines, enabling clustered and intelligent operations, and mining the value of machine data. Over the past six years, the founding team and core employees, driven by strong cohesion, have traveled extensively between the company's headquarters in Shanghai and locations such as Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, and Gansu. Leveraging innovative software and hardware technologies, they have built "Boonray Multi-Transport™," an unmanned open-pit mining solution encompassing autonomous driving, remote control, V2X, and cloud-based dispatching systems.

Behind the achievements are the team's hard work and dedication day and night, and the unity and cooperation of everyone. In order to maintain this cohesion and cultivate a more active team atmosphere, Boonray Technology organized a two-day and one-night team-building activity on the occasion of its sixth anniversary.

Everyone gathered in the hotel's conference hall, wearing the company's new uniformed T-shirts. The founder and several veteran employees, each with at least three years of experience, shared their insights and experiences. Such valuable opportunities are rare. While technology is constantly advancing, how to quickly master the latest technology, how to integrate it into one's own practice, and how to work efficiently and avoid detours are the invaluable experiences that only veterans have accumulated over the years. This time, we fully shared our experiences, allowing for both learning and mutual exchange.

During the subsequent option granting process, founder Jacky Hu handed each of the option certificates to the first batch of employees. No one who has made significant contributions to the company's growth will be overlooked.

The subsequent development activity involved all employees working together to piece together tens of thousands of dominoes. This activity tested everyone's patience and collaboration. Any mistake by one person could cause the dominoes to fall prematurely. Only by arranging each person's tasks, communicating promptly with their colleagues, and supporting each other could this challenge be successfully completed within the time limit.

 The real highlight came after Sutuo. As an AI company with a preponderance of male employees, the chosen team-building venue and method were also highly charged: the Taicang Off-Road Base. Over the course of a day, all employees formed teams and worked together to complete driving lessons and track challenges, as well as individual off-road challenges. This showcased both teamwork and individual individual abilities. After multiple rounds of competition, the top three individuals in the individual competitions were surprisingly one of the company's oldest members: Mr. Wang, head of the business team. Only a team characterized by both competence and collaboration can sustain Boonray Technology's continued success.

Boonray Technology is like a "big umbrella" for all its employees. This umbrella is heavy, too heavy for one person to hold open; it requires the collaborative efforts of all. Its range is limited; only when everyone walks in the same direction can no one get wet. This umbrella has life; it will grow. To continue holding it up, we all need to become stronger and more united.
