Boonray Technology showcases its latest intelligent mining solutions at bauma CHINA 2020

On November 24, 2020, Boonray Technology exhibited its latest intelligent mining solutions at bauma CHINA 2020 (Shanghai International Exhibition for Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machinery, Mining Machinery, Engineering Vehicles and Equipment). This comprehensive showcase of Boonray Technology's latest products and solutions for the mining industry was held at booth 879 in Hall E2. Boonray Technology debuted its eight intelligent mining systems, the M-BOX intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal, and the cutting-edge "autonomous dump truck concept vehicle." These eight systems, combined with the M-BOX intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal, are primarily used in open-pit mines. Through efficient cloud-vehicle-device collaboration, they provide an integrated, intelligent, unmanned shoveling and loading solution, empowering the development of smart mines.

   The eight key intelligent mining systems were the highlight of the exhibition. These included an autonomous driving system, a cloud-based shovel monitoring and dispatching system, an autonomous vehicle simulation system, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) modeling system, a remote control system, a vehicle-to-vehicle (V2N) vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) vehicle-to-road collaboration system, and a vehicle-to-shovel collaborative operation system. These systems all boast high precision, minimal error, wide compatibility, and excellent safety. Their collaboration enables intelligent, "ground-integrated" operations within the mine.

Boonray Technology's products have been successfully deployed in multiple mines. The longest-running project has been operating safely for two years, achieving stable, unmanned operation for over 20 vehicles. The latest completed mining project has achieved overall transport efficiency exceeding that of manually driven transport vehicles. Subsequently, the mine plans to collaborate with Boonray Technology to deploy nearly 100 unmanned mining dump trucks, achieving autonomous transport throughout the entire mine.
