Boonray Technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Yangtze River Delta Green Transportation Industry Chain Alliance

On the afternoon of July 8th, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony between the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Shanghai Association for Science and Technology was held in Shanghai, as well as a "Green Transport Line" strategic cooperation ceremony between the Yangtze River Delta Green Transportation Industry Chain Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance"), Boonray Technology, and Jiuxing Energy. At the meeting, witnessed by leaders from the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Municipal Association for Science and Technology, the Yangtze River Delta Green Transportation Industry Chain Alliance signed a "Green Transportation Line" project agreement with Shanghai Jiuxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Boray Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. In his speech, Shou Ziqi expressed his appreciation for the alliance's overall "Green Transportation Line" solution. The alliance, with enterprises as its main body, led by Chint as its core enterprise, collaborates with innovative companies such as Boray Technology and Jiuxing Energy, integrating industry, academia, and research to create a market-oriented, professional, and international framework for the development of the green transportation industry. With the vision of "carbon neutrality and carbon peak," the alliance gathers innovative elements, leads the high-quality development of green transportation technology and industry, and promotes the coordinated development of the green transportation industry in the Yangtze River Delta. "Green" refers to optimizing existing solutions in the transportation sector in accordance with market principles through methods such as "electrification," "intelligence," and "cross-sector collaboration," and achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the transportation sector in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development. "Transportation" covers the demands of various entities in the transportation field: the Internet of Things, the Internet of Vehicles, carbon emission reduction and carbon trading, etc.; transportation-related infrastructure: public transportation, mining areas, ports, highways, logistics parks, and distributed photovoltaic and wind power, etc.; new energy transportation vehicles involving vehicles, ships, aircraft, unmanned driving, edge computing, intelligent scheduling network platforms, etc.; development of carbon emission reduction methodologies and carbon trading in the transportation field, etc.

The alliance is currently implementing "green transport lines" for new energy vehicles and new energy collaborative operations in Wenzhou, Hangzhou, Guangxi Guigang Port, Huaxi Mining, Guangdong Zhongli Power Plant, Hubei Huanggang Port, and Hebei Caojidian. Key alliance companies are also planning to establish a carbon neutrality industry fund with State Power Investment Corporation. In late July, the alliance and the Liuzhou Municipal Government will jointly launch the "Liuzhou Carbon Tour" event. By organizing alliance members to visit Liuzhou and hold discussions with OEMs and auto parts companies such as Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, Liugong, SAIC-GM-Wuling, and Sunlong, the event aims to promote the integration of innovation and industrial chains, support green development in achieving the dual carbon goals, and enhance the contribution and visibility of companies within the industrial chain.

Shanghai Jiuxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a partner of Boonray Technology in the alliance and the State Power Investment Corporation's Green Electric Transportation Ecosystem, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of new energy electric vehicle charging equipment, charging station operation services, and related businesses. The company is committed to developing Internet+ products for electric vehicle charging and building an IoT-based electric vehicle charging and operation service network ecosystem cloud platform. Boonray Technology has already built several charging stations in China and is responsible for the operation and management of some of them. Boonray Technology is also working with Jiuxing Energy to promote the construction of zero-carbon smart mines.
