Boonray Technology joins hands with State Power Investment Corporation Jiangxi Company to build a smart photovoltaic power station

The Hongxing Photovoltaic Power Station is a smart photovoltaic power station built by the State Power Investment Corporation Jiangxi Company. Shanghai Boonray Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Boonray Technology) provides a variety of innovative technologies such as drone remote control and automatic cruise, realizing the "remote centralized control, unmanned operation, and regional maintenance and inspection" of the new energy power station.

Automated Inspection and Maintenance

Boonray Technology utilizes drones with automated takeoff and landing technology, achieving true unmanned operation. Drones are dispatched from a command center and can perform power plant maintenance tasks at designated locations and times. This reduces labor costs while increasing the flexibility of inspection tasks. This eliminates the time-consuming and labor-intensive traditional manual inspections and improves production efficiency.

Strict Protection Mechanism

During the automated inspection process, Boonray Technology prioritizes protection mechanisms as a crucial component. While ensuring efficiency, Boonray Technology has implemented rigorous fault warning and protection measures throughout the entire drone operation process. Each stage, including the hangar, drone, and weather conditions, has a mechanism for handling different statuses. These statuses are transmitted to the command center in real time, and detailed flight logs are generated for easy review. During flight, the command center can view the drone's flight trajectory and route in real time, including live footage from the drone, saving effort, worry, and ensuring safety.

5G+ Drones

Boonray Technology has partnered with China Mobile to utilize 5G communication networking technology in its drones. This fully leverages the drone's high maneuverability and flexible flight paths, ensuring clearer and smoother live broadcasts and faster communication between devices during inspections.

Boonray Technology has successfully developed an intelligent photovoltaic defect recognition application. This application uses artificial intelligence algorithms and drone-generated infrared data to quickly identify photovoltaic panel defects. Combined with visible light data, it generates detailed photovoltaic defect reports using geolocation. The development of this application has taken unmanned photovoltaic operation and maintenance a step further.
