Exhibition site: Zero-carbon smart mining solutions set off a technological storm
In the Huadian Digital Intelligence exhibition area, a live demonstration of Boonray Technology's 5G remote control solution took center stage. Using a seat-mounted multi-degree-of-freedom joystick, panoramic display, and force feedback device, operators leveraged advanced intelligent algorithms and a locally deployed decision-making system to autonomously plan routes based on real-time environmental data from the Xingwang mining area in Inner Mongolia, accurately executing tasks such as loading, transporting, and unloading.
● Millimeter-level accuracy: LiDAR and vision-based positioning technology enable remote control errors of less than ±3cm.
● 5G ultra-low latency: End-to-end communication latency is reduced to 9ms, rivaling the on-site operator experience.
● Dual safety redundancy: The system monitors network status in real time, enabling a single remote control terminal to remotely control multiple mining vehicles. It monitors all equipment operating status and parameters in real time, allowing operators to pause or resume operations in emergencies.
This demonstration brought mining remote control technology from a closed environment to the exhibition for the first time. Visitors could view the vehicle's operating status and the mine site in real time on interactive screens, allowing them to directly experience the technology's effectiveness: not only replacing manual labor but also achieving significant improvements in efficiency and safety in complex working conditions through human-machine collaboration.

At the beginning of 2025, Boonray Technology and Huadian Digital Intelligence launched a strategic partnership to jointly promote the unmanned upgrade project of Xingwang Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia. According to the plan, the 5G zero-carbon smart mining solution will be deployed, focusing on the implementation of three major technical goals:
