The construction of smart city has achieved initial success, and Hangzhou Boray has been awarded the title of Future Science and Technology City Partner.

On June 25, 2019, the finals of the 2019 Future Science City Smart City Construction Partner Competition, hosted by Alibaba, were held in Dream Town, Future Science City, Hangzhou. After several rounds of fierce competition, 10 technology companies, including Hangzhou Boonray Technology, emerged from a field of 144 participating companies to become VIP partners of Future Science City and honorary partners of the Alibaba Cloud IOT City IoT Platform. They also received a Future Science City housing subsidy worth 8 million yuan.

At this competition, Hangzhou Boonray Technology showcased its comprehensive urban management solution based on drones and AI. The solution covers practical applications in urban river management, daily park patrols, traffic violation investigations, emergency response, and the creation of three-dimensional digital maps. Boonray Technology has previously participated in the construction of the Yuhang Smart City, creating an intelligent inspection system for illegal buildings in the city. The system has been put into use in the city. This system can identify and transmit information about illegal buildings in real time, making urban management faster and more convenient.

Boonray Technology's Hangzhou branch was established in February 2019, primarily to support business development in the Yangtze River Delta region and strengthen the company's overall R&D capabilities. Leveraging the comprehensive hardware, software, and talent resources within the Future Science and Technology City, the company has already achieved initial success in developing industry solutions utilizing artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, image recognition, 5G, cloud computing, and big data.

The Future Science and Technology City Smart City Construction Partner Competition was co-hosted by the Yuhang District People's Government of Hangzhou and Alibaba Cloud IOT. The competition, themed around smart cities and based on IoT technology, focused on comprehensive urban governance, smart industry services, and smart events. We hope that the products and companies selected through this competition will contribute to the improvement of urban governance and the development of the smart city industry.
